Each pepper in this sauce gets a chance to show off at its best, thanks to the careful fermentation process. This sauce is perfect for those who like medium hot sauces and is an ideal starting point in our range. It goes well with tartar, pizza, chicken wings, as a dipping sauce and opens up space for yet undiscovered culinary combinations. With a fermentation time of 1-2 years, Cayenne Style offers the perfect balance of spiciness and flavor.

Ingredients: Cayenne peppers (79%), wine vinegar (16%), salt, lemon.

Fermented. Without preservatives, thickeners and artificial colors.

Made in Croatia. After opening, store in a dry and cool place.
